About me:
I am fascinated by the way that both Optimum Health Balance and Pilates help my clients.

Since embarking on this voyage of discovery with Optimum Health Balance my life has changed profoundly.  I am now self-employed, teaching Pilates and practising kinesiology.  I am doing the things I love – working with people in a practical way to help them feel happier and more relaxed.  Every day is full of so many rewards.

I am delighted to say I will be on maternity leave until April 2011
