OHB SELF HELP
This is a non-certificated course
and is available around the country for small groups.
As a two-day introduction to the OHB
system of symbols and universal energy, this workshop
offers a simple and effective way to enhance your own
energy and deal with minor health issues. It provides
a short daily routine that
will help all the family. Although a vastly simplified
version of the full Optimum Health Balance system it
shares all of its distinguishing features.

OHB FOR PRACTISING
THERAPISTS
Are you already a practising therapist and would
you like to enhance your work? If so, OHB has a lot
to offer.
OHB is studied by therapists already trained
in other branches of kinesiology - such as Health Kinesiology,
Three In One, Creative Kinesiology as well as by chiropractors,
homeopaths, reflexologists, etc.
These therapists incorporate aspects of OHB to
enhance their practice. Many comment that, in particular,
they find the preliminary clearances which deal with
Foreign Energy and Psychological Reversals extremely
useful. This is illustrated in the following case:
Client 1 submitted by
Susanne Lakin (OHB practitioner and McTimoney
chiropractic)
Client 1 had been experiencing extreme neck pain
for several weeks. Although this had been relieved to
some extent by two physical McTimoney therapy sessions,
the symptoms kept returning several days after the treatment.
The third session incorporated OHB to address
the deeper imbalances behind the neck pain.
The client's mind/body system revealed the following
imbalances:
Hidden Agenda on the Scan Card - this was cleared
using a quick balancing method.
Foreign Energy linked to Hidden Agenda on the Scan Card
- this was cleared.
Foreign Energy linked in with the Scan Card and DNA
- this was cleared.
Electromagnetic imbalance related to Hiccups at the
age of 13. When it was pointed out that on an energetic
level hiccups relates to rebellious energy, the client
immediately connected her rebelliousness at 13 to the
present situation. Nor more information was needed and
this imbalance was cleared.
At this point, the client's mind/body system chose
a physical McTimoney therapy session rather than a procedure
from the OHB menu.
After this session, the neck
pain cleared up and did not return as the associated
energetic imbalances revealed by the preliminary check
in the OHB system had been first cleared.
